How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

If you have an account, you can log in and change or cancel your appointment. Otherwise, please call or text us at 316-312-1724.

How much is a service?

All prices are listed on our service webpage. Click the "Loyal Clients Book Here" button to view our booking page, which includes the cost of each service, add-ons, and available appointments.

Do You Offer Hair Color Services?

Yes, we offer hair coloring services.

Do you do haircuts?

Yes, but only in conjunction with another service such as a silk press or sew-in.

Do you offer Braiding services?

We only offer crochet braids. We do not provide cornrowing as a standalone hairstyle.

Hair Loss Services

What kind of hair loss services do you offer?

We offer a combination of services and products that can be added to other services like silk press, wigs, crochet, and sew-ins. We work with your dermatologist for advice, treatment, and monitoring.

How do I book an appointment for Hair Loss services?

First, you need to book a consultation appointment.

Hair Extensions

We offer in-depth consultations before your appointment to discuss your hair goals and determine the best extension techniques for you.

What Are Sew-In Extensions

Sew-in extensions involve adding extra hair to your natural hair for a seamless blend. They're a versatile option for adding volume, length, or trying out a new style.

What is a Micro-Link Braidless Sew-in? 

A micro link sew-in, also known as micro-bead or micro-loop extensions, is a hair extension method where small beads are used to attach wefts (strips) of hair to your natural hair. The beads are clamped around small sections of your natural hair, and the wefts are then sewn to the beads.

This method is popular because it is relatively gentle on your natural hair, doesn't require braids, heat or glue, and has longevity with proper care. It also provides a natural-looking result with the extensions blending seamlessly with your own hair.

If you are considering micro link sew-in extensions, we would be happy to discuss this option with you during a consultation.

Where Do I Purchase Hair?

We sell high-quality hair extensions. To ensure availability for your appointment, please order at least four days in advance.

Pricing

The cost of the service covers the installation of the extensions. Hair extensions are priced separately.

Hair Extension Longevity

I reccomment that each installation is for 6-8 weeks preferably before removal or re-installation.

We offer a variety of textures (straight, curly, wavy) and colors (dark brown and blonde) to match your natural hair seamlessly.

Do You Wash Hair? 

Please arrive with your hair unwashed. We'll take care of the rest!

Do We Do White Hair or Black Hair?

We specialize in humans that grow hair for all hair types.

Do You Offer Frontal Installations?

 We do not offer frontal installations at this time.

​

Do You Install Lace Closures?

We do install lace closures. If you purchase a closure from another vendor, please bring it to the salon at least three business days before your appointment so we can customize it for a natural look.

Can I bring my own hair extension?

Yes

Do you color the hair extensions?

Yes, but I only guarantee results when my hair is purchased.

Is my hair long enough for extensions? 

Your hair must be long enough to braid and be secured. I prefer at least chin length hair.

Refunds

There are no refund after services are rendered and hair has been purchased. 

Silk Press

What is a Silk Press?

A Silk Press is a gentle straightening technique that tames frizz and makes your hair super soft and easy to manage. It's perfect for special events or just because you want to feel your best.

 

How often should I get a Silk Press?

We recommend getting a Silk Press every 3 to 4 weeks.

 

How do I make my Silk Press last?

To extend the life of your Silk Press, wrap your hair with a scarf every night and wear a shower cap in the shower.

 

Can you silk press my 4c hair?

Yes, we can silk press 4c hair.

Crochet Braids

What are crochet braids?*

Crochet braids are created by latch-hooking hair extensions into cornrows.

 

What kind of hair do I need for crochet braids?

You need hair that is specifically made for crocheting.

 

Where can I buy the hair for crochet braids?

You can purchase crochet hair from Amazon or a local beauty supply store.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we have a few guidelines:

Deposits:

  • A deposit is required to hold your appointment time. It shows us you're committed to coming in and helps us plan our day!

Cancellations & Changes:

  • Need to reschedule? Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us time to offer your spot to someone else.

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows: Unfortunately, we'll need to charge a fee, which must be paid before booking your next appointment.

  • Running a bit behind? If you will be more than 15 minutes late, please call us. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment.​

  • Being that we are a small business there are no refunds or exchanges after services have been rendered.

  • We understand that life happens! Just communicate with us, and we'll work with you.
