✨ Cancellation Policy
​
Life happens — I completely understand that things come up.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer your time slot to another guest on the waiting list.
Appointments canceled or changed within 48 hours may require a new deposit to rebook.
If you’re running late, please send a quick text to let me know. There’s a 15-minute grace period, but arrivals beyond that time may need to be shortened or rescheduled out of respect for the next client.
💗 No-call / no-show appointments may affect your ability to book future appointments.

💛 Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost.
This helps ensure I can prepare properly for your visit and dedicate the time your service deserves.
If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once with proper notice.

🌸 Refunds & Adjustments

Each service is customized and includes professional time, care, and materials; therefore, refunds cannot be issued once a service is completed.
If you have any concerns about your results, please reach out within 72 hours, and I’ll gladly discuss any adjustments to ensure you’re satisfied.
