Your deposit is a commitment to your appointment and will be applied to the total cost of your service. Life happens — if you need to reschedule, your deposit will seamlessly transfer to your new appointment date. Please note, All deposits are non-refundable.

Salon Policies
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
We value your time and ours, and to ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we have the following policies in place:

Cancellation Policy:

No-Shows/No-Calls: We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, if you fail to arrive for your appointment without prior notice, future bookings may be restricted, and a cancellation fee will apply.

Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this window will incur a fee that must be settled before booking any further appointments.

Late Arrivals: We allow a grace period of 15-20 minutes for late arrivals. If you expect to be delayed beyond this timeframe, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving over 20 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation with an applicable fee.

Why a Deposit? To secure your booking and confirm your commitment to the appointment, a deposit is required. This deposit also helps us manage our schedule effectively.

Refund or Transfer? Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. Being that we are a small business there are no refunds or exchanges after services have been rendered.
