I’m Tanisha Lee Alexander, but you can call me Tanisha Lee. I am a passionate stylist, dedicated mom, and your new favorite hair fairy here in Wichita.

Originally from Tulsa, with a little Dallas sparkle along the way, I’ve made Wichita my home—and I’m so grateful to serve this amazing community of women who juggle careers, kids, relationships, and still want to look and feel their best.

With over 14 years of professional experience, I specialize in healthy hair care for all textures and backgrounds. Whether you're natural, relaxed, transitioning, experiencing hair loss, or just want a stunning silk press or extensions, I’ve got you covered. I get asked often: “Do you work with Black hair or White hair?” My answer? I work with human hair—and I’m here to help people like you feel confident, seen, and absolutely gorgeous.

 

I created Hair Fairy Studios as a soft, welcoming space where you can take a breath, sip something warm, and focus on YOU. As a fellow mom, I know how rare it is to get time for yourself, so every visit is designed to be a mini escape, without the overwhelm.

 

When I’m not behind the chair, I’m probably enjoying quiet time at home or browsing HomeGoods, Ross, and TJ Maxx like it’s a sport. (If you're a sale hunter too—we just became besties.)
