  • Detangle your hair unless you've booked a removal or prep service

  • Do not apply oils, leave-ins, or heavy products

  • If you have thick or long hair, be sure to add the “Thick/Long Hair Add-On”

  • Don’t arrive too early or late — I use the time between clients for sanitation and breaks

  • Text if you’re running late 316-312-1724

During Your Visit

  • One-on-one, relaxed, no double-booking environment

  • You’ll receive a full consultation before we begin

  • Scalp analysis may be included if you have concerns

  • Treatments, if booked, are performed under a hooded dryer or steam for optimal results

  • Expect transparency and education — I’ll walk you through your hair’s current condition and care plan

After Your Visit

  • Leave with a customized product or maintenance suggestion (based on your hair goals)

  • Expect a follow-up message or reminder about your care plan or next recommended service

  • Ask me anything — I want you to feel informed and empowered

  • Cancellations require 48 hours notice

  • Sew-ins require maintenance every 2–4 weeks

  • Reinstall appointments available (includes take-down, shampoo, re-install)

  • Home care guidance provided

  • Add-on treatments available: Scalp Detox, Protein Treatments, etc.

 

Hair Provided or

BYOB (Bring Your Own Bundles)

  • Premium bundles and closures available from Tanisha Lee Beauty
    (ask about pre-ordering before your install)

  • You may bring your own hair, but it must meet quality standards

 

Preparing for Your Install

  • Hair should be detangled unless you're booking prep services

  • Arrive on time and unaccompanied

  • If you’re bringing your own bundles, they should be clean and dry unless shampoo is included in your service
